EWCO 1300 HP Triplex Mud Pumps p/b 3516 Cat Engine.
Several years ago replaced the liners, pistons, heads, turbos and rod bearings on both 3516’s. Torque converters gone thru by Oilworks. We never ran the pumps in the field and after $150k on the repairs. Went thru the EW 1300’s replaced several modules and cleaned gear end changed out 2 wrist pins and did a complete pump inspection papers. The 3512 has less than 10k hours. This is good equipment that should not need to be repaired prior to putting into service. The crank and pinion in the EW 1300’s is a 1600, EW made us 1600 plates.
